【摘要】：目的了解湖南省市售水產(chǎn)品中副溶血性弧菌污染狀況和病原特征。方法 2010-2013年在湖南省14個(gè)市的集貿(mào)市場(chǎng)和超市,按照無菌采樣原則采集動(dòng)物性水產(chǎn)品1 263份,分離副溶血性弧菌,進(jìn)行毒力基因、耐藥表型和脈沖場(chǎng)凝膠電泳(PFGE)分子分型。結(jié)果 1 263份水產(chǎn)品中,221份樣品檢出副溶血性弧菌,檢出率為17.50%。3株副溶血性弧菌檢出trh基因,1株檢出tdh基因,毒力基因攜帶率為1.81%。分離菌株對(duì)氨芐青霉素耐藥率最高,達(dá)30.32%。其次為對(duì)氯霉素(1.81%)、復(fù)方新諾明(1.36%)和四環(huán)素(0.45%),未發(fā)現(xiàn)多重耐藥菌株。分離菌株經(jīng)NotⅠ酶切后,脈沖場(chǎng)凝膠電泳帶型相對(duì)分散。結(jié)論 2010-2013年湖南省市售水產(chǎn)品中副溶血性弧菌污染率高,部分菌株攜帶毒力基因,并具有一定的耐藥性。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the Hunan commercial parahemolytic vibrio in aquatic products and contamination characteristics. Methods 2010-2013 years in 14 cities of Hunan Province, bazaars and supermarkets, in accordance with the principle of aseptic sampling acquisition aquatic products of animal 1263, separation of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, virulence gene, resistance phenotype and pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) molecular typing. Multidrug resistant strains of isolates by Not I digestion, pulsed field gel electrophoresis with relative dispersion. Conclusion 2010-2013 years sold in Hunan Province in aquatic products The contamination rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus is high. Some strains carry the virulence gene and have certain resistance.
