【摘要】：目的了解陜西和重慶農(nóng)村地區(qū)12~17歲中學(xué)生忽視現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。方法采用"中國(guó)農(nóng)村12~17歲中學(xué)生忽視評(píng)價(jià)常模"中制定的量表和評(píng)價(jià)方法,按照多階段分層整群抽樣的原則在陜西和重慶農(nóng)村地區(qū)選擇調(diào)查對(duì)象共2257名,其中男生1157名,女生1100名,通過忽視度指標(biāo)反映忽視嚴(yán)重程度,采用二元Logistic回歸分析方法分析忽視的影響因素。結(jié)果調(diào)查對(duì)象的總忽視度為(51.80±9.06),重慶農(nóng)村中學(xué)生忽視度為(53.21±9.03),陜西農(nóng)村中學(xué)生忽視度為(50.50±8.90),兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(U=6.17,P0.01)。男生忽視度為(51.93±8.67),女生忽視度為(51.66±9.46),不同性別總忽視度組間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(U=0.60,P0.05)。不同年級(jí)中學(xué)生在各個(gè)層面的忽視度差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),初三和高三學(xué)生受忽視程度較高,總忽視度分別為(53.54±9.70)和(53.36±8.69)。除社會(huì)忽視和安全忽視外,不同家庭情況中學(xué)生在各層面忽視度的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.01),其中再婚家庭中學(xué)生受忽視程度最高,其總忽視度為(56.92±8.83)。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示影響中學(xué)生忽視的因素有:父親文化程度、是否有獨(dú)立房間、家庭類型、近一年父母工作地點(diǎn)是否變動(dòng)、近一年父母收入是否減少、與父母親關(guān)系、父母關(guān)系。結(jié)論陜西和重慶農(nóng)村中學(xué)生受忽視狀況較嚴(yán)重,影響兒童忽視的因素為父親文化程度、是否有獨(dú)立房間、家庭類型、近一年父母工作地點(diǎn)是否變動(dòng)、近一年父母收入是否減少、與父母親的關(guān)系、父母關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of neglect among 12- year-old middle school students in rural areas of Shaanxi and Chongqing.Methods A total of 2257 subjects were selected according to the principle of multi-stage stratified cluster sampling in rural areas of Shaanxi and Chongqing, including 1157 male students, using the scale and evaluation method developed in the "norms of neglect and Evaluation of Middle School students aged 12 ~ 17 years in Rural China".1100 female students showed the degree of neglect by the index of neglect degree, and analyzed the influencing factors of neglect by using the method of binary Logistic regression analysis.Results the total degree of neglect was 51.80 鹵9.06, that of middle school students in Chongqing was 53.21 鹵9.03 and that of rural middle school students in Shaanxi was 50.50 鹵8.90. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The degree of neglect was 51.93 鹵8.67 for boys and 51.66 鹵9.46 for girls. There was no significant difference in total neglect between different sex groups (P 0.05).There were significant differences in the degree of neglect between different grades of middle school students at all levels (P 0.05). The degree of neglect was higher in junior high school students (53.54 鹵9.70) and junior high school students (53.36 鹵8.69g), respectively.In addition to social neglect and safety neglect, there were significant differences in the degree of neglect in different family situations among the middle school students at all levels (P 0.01), among which the secondary school students from remarried families were the most neglected.The total neglect degree was 56.92 鹵8.83).Logistic regression analysis results showed that the factors influencing the neglect of middle school students were: father's education level, whether there were independent rooms, family type, whether the parents' working place changed in the last year, and whether the parents' income decreased in the last year.Relationship with parents.Conclusion the neglect status of middle school students in rural areas of Shaanxi and Chongqing is more serious. The factors influencing children's neglect are father's education level, whether there are independent rooms, family type, whether the parents' workplace changes in the last year, and whether the parents' income decreases in the past year.A relationship with one's parents.
