【摘要】：目的分析云南省2005-2015年流行性乙型腦炎(乙腦)的流行病學特征,為乙腦防控提供依據(jù)。方法對中國疾病預防控制信息系統(tǒng)報告的云南省2005-2015年的乙腦實驗室和臨床確診病例數(shù)據(jù)進行描述性分析。結果2005-2015年云南省報告乙腦病例3 704例,年均發(fā)病率為0.75/10萬;死亡207例,病死率為5.59%。每年乙腦發(fā)病高峰日在7月20日-8月9日之間,高峰期在6月18日-9月11日之間。乙腦發(fā)病數(shù)的男女性別比1.52∶1。15歲人群發(fā)病占70.71%;但≥15歲成人(特別是農(nóng)民)發(fā)病構成呈逐年上升趨勢。德宏、西雙版納、普洱、昭通等地乙腦發(fā)病率較高。結論云南省乙腦的發(fā)病得到有效控制;仍需加強兒童常規(guī)免疫接種,制定成人乙腦防控策略,加強偏遠地區(qū)農(nóng)民乙腦疫苗接種的宣傳教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of epidemic encephalitis B (je) in Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2015 and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of encephalitis B.Methods the data of Japanese encephalitis B (je) laboratory and clinical confirmed cases reported by China Disease Prevention and Control Information system from 2005 to 2015 in Yunnan Province were analyzed.Results from 2005 to 2015, 3 704 cases of encephalitis B were reported in Yunnan Province, with an average annual incidence of 0.75 / 100 000 and a mortality of 207 cases with a mortality of 5.59%.The peak day of encephalitis B is from July 20 to August 9, and from June 18 to September 11.The incidence of encephalitis B was 70.71 in the male / female ratio of 1.52to 1.15 years old, but the incidence composition of adults (especially farmers) aged 15 years or older showed an increasing trend year by year.Dehong, Xishuangbanna, Pu'er, Zhaotong and other places higher incidence of je.Conclusion the incidence of encephalitis B in Yunnan Province is effectively controlled, and it is still necessary to strengthen the routine immunization of children, formulate the strategy of adult Japanese encephalitis prevention and control, and strengthen the propaganda and education of Japanese encephalitis vaccination in farmers in remote areas.
