【摘要】：能量飲料是青少年飲料消費(fèi)的流行趨勢(shì),在青少年大量飲用能量飲料的同時(shí),卻忽視了其對(duì)身心健康帶來(lái)的危害。能量飲料消費(fèi)是學(xué)校心理健康領(lǐng)域研究的新問(wèn)題。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了能量飲料在青少年中的流行現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)生理和心理的危害,能量飲料與酒精的混合飲料帶來(lái)的危害等。在未來(lái)研究中,應(yīng)該轉(zhuǎn)換研究方法和研究視角,結(jié)合本土特色開(kāi)展相關(guān)研究,為能量飲料管理和青少年健康維護(hù)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Energy drinks are a popular trend in the consumption of young people's drinks. The consumption of energy drinks is a new problem in the field of mental health in schools. This paper mainly introduces the prevalence of energy drinks among teenagers, and the harm to physiology and psychology. In the future research, we should change the research methods and research perspective, combining with the local characteristics to carry out relevant research, to provide a reference for energy drink management and adolescent health maintenance.
