【摘要】:闡述在健康醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代背景下,食品安全與健康數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展的解決思路,建立基于食品健康鏈的大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái),提高大數(shù)據(jù)的綜合利用能力和水平,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)來源可溯、流向可追、質(zhì)量可控、責(zé)任可查、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可估、疾病可防的食品健康鏈目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of big data's era of health care, this paper expounds the solution to the development of food safety and health data, establishes the big data platform based on the food health chain, improves the comprehensive utilization ability and level of big data, and finally realizes the origin of food safety and health data. Food health chain goals that are traceable, quality controllable, responsibility traceable, risk assessable, disease preventable.
