【摘要】：目的探討加權TOPSIS法在傳染病信息報告質量評價中的適用性,為傳染病信息報告系統(tǒng)綜合質量評價提供一種更為科學的計算方法。方法運用加權TOPSIS法和綜合評分法從網(wǎng)絡正常運行率、及時報告率、及時審核率、重卡率4個指標對2014年度湖北省17個市州的傳染病信息報告質量進行綜合評價比較。結果加權TOPSIS法評價結果顯示,鄂州市、潛江市的接近程度C=1,咸寧市的接近程度C=0.17;加權TOPSIS法得到的優(yōu)劣排序結果僅出現(xiàn)2次相同分值4個市州的并列,將17個市州分為了15個等次;而綜合評分法出現(xiàn)4次相同分值15個市州的并列,僅將17個市州分為了6個等次。結論加權TOPSIS法得到的評價結果與湖北省傳染病報告工作實際相符,鄂州市、潛江市最優(yōu),咸寧市最劣;且評價結果優(yōu)于綜合評分法。說明加權TOPSIS法具有明顯的優(yōu)勢,可以作為傳染病信息報告綜合質量評價的一種更為科學的計算方法加以應用和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the applicability of weighted TOPSIS method in evaluating the quality of infectious disease information reporting. To provide a more scientific calculation method for the comprehensive quality evaluation of infectious disease information reporting system. Methods by using weighted TOPSIS method and comprehensive scoring method, the normal operation rate, timely report rate and timely audit rate of the network were used. The quality of infectious disease information report in 17 cities and prefectures of Hubei Province in 2014 was evaluated and compared by 4 indexes. Results the evaluation results of weighted TOPSIS method showed that Ezhou City, Ezhou City, The closeness of Qianjiang City is 1, Xianning City is close, and the weighted TOPSIS method only shows the juxtaposition of 4 cities with the same score twice, and the 17 cities are divided into 15 grades. However, the synthetic scoring method showed the same score of 15 cities and the same score for 4 times, and only 17 cities were divided into 6 levels. Conclusion the evaluation results obtained by weighted TOPSIS method are in accordance with the actual work of reporting infectious diseases in Hubei Province, and Ezhou City and Qianjiang City are the best ones. The evaluation results of Xianning City are the worst and the evaluation results are superior to the comprehensive scoring method. It shows that the weighted TOPSIS method has obvious advantages and can be applied and popularized as a more scientific calculation method for the comprehensive quality evaluation of infectious disease information reports.
