【摘要】：文章對"中國老年健康影響因素跟蹤調查"近兩萬名80~105歲高齡老人的數據分析發(fā)現,社會經濟發(fā)展使得2008年高齡老人存活概率和自評日常生活自理能力比1998年有顯著改善。醫(yī)療條件進步使健康較差高齡老人被"救"存活率提高,使2008年高齡老人客觀量測的軀體功能和認知功能比10年前顯著下降;這給社會和億萬家庭帶來嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。研究表明,經濟社會發(fā)展和人類壽命提高帶來效益的同時,也會產生一定成本;但它不是以往不少國際文獻解釋這一現象時所稱的"勝利的失敗",所以沒有必要為此恐慌,而需要全社會積極應對,努力實現人口健康老齡化。
