【摘要】：正乙二醇醚類作為優(yōu)良的有機(jī)溶劑在涂料、油墨、皮革、染料、清洗和農(nóng)藥等行業(yè)廣泛使用。2000年以來,我國(guó)乙二醇醚類的生產(chǎn)和使用量逐年增加,2012年達(dá)到50萬(wàn)t的生產(chǎn)使用規(guī)模,職業(yè)暴露人群將達(dá)到10萬(wàn)人。整體動(dòng)物和體外毒理學(xué)研究表明,乙二醇醚類有血液毒性、生殖毒性、肝腎毒性、發(fā)育毒性和致畸毒性等[1],可能會(huì)引起職業(yè)人群精液質(zhì)量的下降。至今,乙二醇醚類產(chǎn)生職業(yè)人群生殖毒性的結(jié)論尚缺乏職業(yè)暴露人群的研究資料的支持。
[Abstract]:As excellent organic solvents, n-glycol ethers are widely used in coatings, ink, leather, dyes, cleaning and pesticide industries since 2000, The production and use of ethylene glycol ethers in China increased year by year, reaching the scale of 500000 tons in 2012, and the occupational exposure population will reach 100000 people. The overall animal and in vitro toxicological studies show that ethylene glycol ethers have blood toxicity and reproductive toxicity. Liver and kidney toxicity, developmental toxicity and teratogenicity may lead to the decline of semen quality in occupational population. Up to now, the conclusion that ethylene glycol ethers produce reproductive toxicity in occupational population is not supported by the research data of occupational exposed population.
