【摘要】：正聯(lián)合國政府間氣候變化專門委員會(IPCC)第五次評估報(bào)告指出,21世紀(jì)的氣候變化,尤其是極端氣候,將繼續(xù)加劇現(xiàn)有人群健康問題,可能造成新的健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。極端氣候(extreme climate)是特定時(shí)間和空間出現(xiàn)的罕見天氣或氣候事件,包括洪水、臺風(fēng)、干旱、熱浪、寒潮、沙塵暴、厄爾尼諾等。它不僅導(dǎo)致人員傷亡及財(cái)產(chǎn)損失,還會破壞醫(yī)療體系以及水、食物和居住場所等生命必需品和生活基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,影響居民身心健康。
[Abstract]:The 5th Assessment report of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate change points out that climate change in the twenty-first century, especially extreme weather, will continue to exacerbate existing population health problems, Extreme climate is a rare weather or climate event that occurs at a given time and space, including floods, typhoons, droughts, heatwaves, cold waves, sandstorms, El Nino and so on. It will not only cause casualties and property losses, but also damage the health care system, water, food and living places and other necessities of life and infrastructure, affecting the physical and mental health of residents.
