2011-2014年漯河市肉、蛋、奶等畜產品中鉛、鎘、總汞含量調查

【摘要】:目的了解漯河市畜產品中鉛、鎘、總汞的污染狀況,為食品安全風險評估提供依據(jù)。方法采集漯河市肉、肝腎、蛋、乳4類畜產品共102份樣品,對重金屬鉛、鎘、總汞進行檢測。結果 4年中監(jiān)測的102份樣品中重金屬污染物鉛、鎘、總汞的總體檢出率為61.8%,總體超標率為1.6%,連續(xù)4年總體檢出率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=6.88,P0.05),總體超標率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=9.44,P0.05)。鉛、鎘、總汞3種重金屬污染物中以鉛的超標率和檢出率為最高,分別達到了48.0%和3.9%,鉛、鎘、總汞的檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=11.59,P0.05),超標率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=5.21,P0.05)。不同種類畜產品中肝腎類食品污染物檢出率為最高,達到了100.0%,超標率最高的為肉類食品,超標率為2.9%,檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=9.22,P0.05),超標率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=1.90,P0.05)。監(jiān)測的部分肉類食品出現(xiàn)鉛、鎘2種污染物聯(lián)合超標現(xiàn)象。結論漯河市畜產品總體質量是好的,但部分畜產品存在一定的安全隱患,建議監(jiān)管部門強化監(jiān)管,確保畜產品質量安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the Luohe city animal products of lead, cadmium, mercury pollution, and provide the basis for the food safety risk assessment method. Collected in Luohe meat, liver, egg, milk 4 kinds of animal products a total of 102 samples of heavy metals, lead, cadmium, mercury was detected. The result of 4 years of heavy metal pollutants in 102 sample monitoring of lead, cadmium, mercury total detection rate was 61.8%, the overall exceed the standard rate of 1.6%, for 4 consecutive years, the total detection rate difference was statistically significant (2=6.88, P0.05), generally exceed the standard rate difference was statistically significant (2=9.44, P0.05).
