【摘要】：正隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)生命質(zhì)量的要求不斷提高,對(duì)母嬰健康工作,也提出了更高更具體的要求。我國(guó)是出生缺陷高發(fā)國(guó)家,每年約有30~40萬(wàn)例體表先天畸形嬰兒出生,加上出生后數(shù)年才發(fā)現(xiàn)出來(lái)的缺陷或遺傳病,先天殘疾兒童約達(dá)80~120萬(wàn),占年出生總?cè)藬?shù)的4%~6%。自2015年十八屆五中全會(huì)通過(guò)"全面實(shí)施一對(duì)夫婦可生育兩個(gè)孩子政策"
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, people's demands on quality of life have been raised continuously, and higher and more specific requirements have been put forward for maternal and child health work. China is a country with a high incidence of birth defects, and about 30 to 400,000 cases of congenital malformation of body surface are born every year. In addition to the defects or genetic diseases discovered only a few years after birth, the number of children with congenital disabilities reached about 80 to 1.2 million, accounting for 46% of the total number of births per year. Since 2015, the Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee adopted the policy of "fully implementing the policy of a couple having two children."
