【摘要】：中西方文化的母體和主流醫(yī)學(xué)不同,中西方營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)發(fā)展和成熟的土壤也不同,因此,造就了存在眾多差異的中西方傳統(tǒng)營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué),如營(yíng)養(yǎng)素與注重整體、實(shí)驗(yàn)和實(shí)用、"微量"與"常量"營(yíng)養(yǎng)素、"標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化"與"個(gè)體化"、服"藥"與"生活化"以及體系的開(kāi)放與否等。中醫(yī)營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)的諸多優(yōu)勢(shì),正在得到廣泛的認(rèn)同和傳播。深入了解中西方營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)的差異,結(jié)合中國(guó)國(guó)情,揉合現(xiàn)代營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)的要素,建立帶有時(shí)代特征的現(xiàn)代中醫(yī)營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué),才是最適合于現(xiàn)代中國(guó)人的營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué),是當(dāng)今社會(huì)應(yīng)該積極普及的生活科學(xué)與生活文化。
[Abstract]:The mother body and mainstream medicine of Chinese and Western cultures are different, and the development and maturity of nutrition in China and the West are also different. Therefore, there are many differences in traditional nutrition between China and the West, such as nutrition and emphasis on the whole. Experiments and applications, "trace" and "constant" nutrients, "standardization" and "individualization", "medicine" and "life adaptation", and whether the system is open or not. It is being widely recognized and disseminated. Understanding the differences between Chinese and Western nutriology, combining the national conditions of China, combining the elements of modern nutriology, establishing the modern Chinese medicine nutriology with the characteristics of the times, Is the most suitable for modern Chinese nutrition, is the society should actively popularize the life science and life culture.
