西安市2015年實施營養(yǎng)改善計劃學校食堂食物供應情況

【摘要】:目的了解西安市"義務教育學生營養(yǎng)改善計劃"(以下簡稱"營養(yǎng)改善計劃")學校食堂的食物供應情況,為學生營養(yǎng)監(jiān)測及"營養(yǎng)改善計劃"的實施提供參考。方法抽取西安市實施"營養(yǎng)改善計劃"區(qū)縣中6個農(nóng)村區(qū)縣,每個區(qū)縣抽取10%~20%食堂供餐的學校,采用記賬法對2015年學校食堂的食物供應情況進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果共調(diào)查58所學校,將學校上報的各種食物分為糧谷類、畜禽肉、蔬菜、雞蛋、豆制品、植物油六大類。各學校上報的食物種數(shù)8~41種不等。糧谷類、雞蛋、豆制品供應量偏低的學校比例分別為47.6%,74.1%,74.1%。試點地區(qū)農(nóng)村學校6類食物供應量分布差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=251.746,P0.05)。不同季節(jié)6類食物供應情況分布差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論西安市"營養(yǎng)改善計劃"學校食堂食物供應情況的調(diào)查需進一步完善。食堂供餐的學校學生膳食結(jié)構(gòu)不合理。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the food supply of the school canteen in Xi'an compulsory Education students' Nutrition improvement Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Nutrition improvement Program"). Methods six rural counties of Xi'an city were selected to carry out nutrition improvement plan, and 10% or 20% of the schools served in canteens were selected from each district. The food supply of school canteen in 2015 was investigated by accounting method. Results 58 schools were investigated. The food reported by the school was divided into cereals, livestock, poultry, vegetables, eggs, bean products, etc. Six categories of vegetable oil. Each school reported 841 kinds of food species. Grain, eggs, The proportion of schools with low supply of soybean products was 47.6% and 74.1%, respectively. There were significant differences in the distribution of six kinds of food supply in rural schools in the pilot area (蠂 ~ (2 / 2)) 251.746 (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of food supply in 6 kinds of food in different seasons (P = 0.05). Conclusion the investigation of food supply in school canteen in Xi'an "Nutrition improvement Plan" needs to be further improved, and the food structure of school students in canteen is unreasonable.
