【摘要】：目的了解已婚育齡婦女未婚先孕狀況并分析其影響因素,為制定有效干預(yù)措施提高婦女生殖健康水平提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群抽樣方法抽取廣東省佛山市西樵鎮(zhèn)937名本地和358名流動已婚育齡婦女進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 1 295名已婚育齡婦女中,未婚先孕420人,未婚先孕率為32.43%;未婚先孕者中未婚先育、因孕結(jié)婚、婚前人工流產(chǎn)、同時有婚前人工流產(chǎn)和未婚先育及同時有婚前人工流產(chǎn)和因孕結(jié)婚者分別為48人(11.43%)、262人(62.38%)、60人(14.29%)、15人(3.57%)及35人(8.33%);流動人口、年齡為20~29和30~39歲、文化程度為初中和高中/中專/職中的婦女未婚先孕率較高,分別為37.43%、46.95%和34.03%、34.81%和38.93%,其OR值分別為1.634、4.711和2.447、2.487和2.144。結(jié)論未婚先孕率較高,應(yīng)重點加強(qiáng)青春期、流動人口和未婚育齡男女的生殖健康知識教育,以保證婦女身心健康,并更好地落實優(yōu)生優(yōu)育政策。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of unmarried first pregnancy among married women of childbearing age and analyze its influencing factors. Methods 937 local women and 358 floating married women of childbearing age in Xicao Town, Foshan City, Guangdong Province were investigated by stratified cluster sampling. Results among 1,295 married women of childbearing age, There were 420 unmarried first pregnant women, and the rate of unmarried first pregnancy was 32.43. Among the unmarried first pregnant women, unmarried first conceived, because of pregnancy and marriage, abortion was induced before marriage. At the same time, there were induced abortions before marriage and childbearing before marriage, and there were 48 persons who had induced abortion before marriage and those who were married because of pregnancy. The number of persons who had abortions before marriage and who were married as a result of pregnancy were 11.4343 / 262, 62.38 / 262 and 60 / 14.29, respectively) and 35 persons / 3.33 / 10, respectively; the floating population, aged 2029 and 3039 years old, The rate of unmarried first pregnancy was higher in women with education level of middle school and high school / secondary school / vocational school, which were 46.95% and 34.03% and 38.93%, respectively, and their OR values were 1.6344.711 and 2.4472.487 and 2.144.Conclusion the rate of unmarried first pregnancy is higher, and puberty should be strengthened. Migrant population and unmarried men and women of reproductive health education to ensure women's physical and mental health and better implementation of the policy.
