【摘要】：目的探討高齡備孕女性行孕前保健和優(yōu)生指導(dǎo)的重要性。方法選擇2016-03-25—2016-04-28在上海市普陀區(qū)婦嬰保健院進(jìn)行高齡(35周歲及以上)備孕女性免費(fèi)孕前生殖健康調(diào)查的182例婦女作為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行孕前咨詢、婦科體檢及生殖道輔助實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查,并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 (1)79.7%的女性檢查出存在各種婦科疾病,其中宮頸疾病和卵巢儲(chǔ)備功能下降疾病位居前2位。宮頸疾病發(fā)生率在35~40歲、40~45歲間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),卵巢儲(chǔ)備功能下降在35~40歲、40~45歲間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.01)。(2)建議治療后受孕的女性占總?cè)藬?shù)的52.2%。建議治療后受孕比例35~40歲與40~45歲、45歲組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論高齡備孕女性生殖道疾病患病率高,隨年齡增長(zhǎng)更需接受指導(dǎo)治療受孕。高齡備孕女性孕前檢查必不可少,�？浦笇�(dǎo)有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the importance of pre-pregnancy health care and eugenic guidance for elderly women with pregnancy. Methods 182 cases of pregnant women with free pre-pregnancy reproductive health were investigated in Shanghai Putuo District Women and infants Health Care Institute 2016-03-2016-04-28. Women as subjects of study, Before pregnancy consultation, gynecologic examination and reproductive tract assistant laboratory examination, and statistical analysis of the data. Results 79.7% of the women detected the existence of various gynecological diseases. Among them, cervical diseases and decreased ovarian reserve function were the first two diseases. There was no significant difference in the incidence of cervical diseases between 35 and 40 years old, but there was no significant difference between 40 and 45 years old in the incidence of cervical diseases. The difference of ovarian reserve function between 35 and 40 years old and 40 45 years old was statistically significant. The proportion of women who became pregnant after treatment was 52.2%. The proportion of women who became pregnant after treatment was suggested to be 35 or 40 years old, compared with 45 years old or 45 years of age after treatment. Conclusion the prevalence rate of reproductive tract diseases in elderly women with pregnancy preparation is high, and it is more necessary to receive guidance treatment for conception with age. Pre-pregnancy examination is necessary for elderly women with pregnancy, and specialized guidance is of certain significance.
