【摘要】：目的分析重慶永川地區(qū)2010-2015年梅毒流行特征和趨勢,為制定梅毒防控策略提供依據(jù)。方法采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件,對2010-2015年重慶永川地區(qū)報告的梅毒病例資料進行整理、核查以及統(tǒng)計分析。結果梅毒發(fā)病率6年間呈現(xiàn)由上升轉為下降的倒"U"形變化趨勢,隱形梅毒占比最高,胎傳梅毒病例逐年減少;分析結果顯示2010-2013年與2014-2015年相比,隱性梅毒構成比及先天性梅毒構成比差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);梅毒高發(fā)地區(qū)集中在城鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域,農村發(fā)病率較低;發(fā)病人群主要集中在25~45年齡段,男女發(fā)病無差異;梅毒發(fā)病病例普遍受教育程度較低,多集中在初中及以下文化水平人群;發(fā)病人群職業(yè)集中在娛樂服務人員,其次為外來務工人員。結論梅毒發(fā)病率最近幾年由上升轉為平穩(wěn)下降,應對高危人群采取有針對性的防治措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemic characteristics and trend of syphilis in Yongchuan area of Chongqing from 2010 to 2015, and to provide the basis for making prevention and control strategy of syphilis. Methods the data of syphilis cases reported in Yongchuan area of Chongqing from 2010 to 2015 were analyzed by using SPSS17.0 software. Verification and statistical analysis. Results the incidence of syphilis changed from rising to decreasing in the past six years, with the highest proportion of invisible syphilis and the decrease of cases of fetal syphilis. The results showed that the incidence of syphilis in 2010-2013 was lower than that in 2014-2015. The proportion of recessive syphilis and congenital syphilis was significantly different from that of congenital syphilis, the incidence of syphilis was high in urban areas, and the incidence rate in rural areas was low, the incidence of syphilis was mainly in the 25 ~ 45 age group, and there was no difference between male and female in the incidence of syphilis. The incidence of syphilis is generally low in education, mostly in the middle school and below the educational level, and the occupation of the affected population is in the entertainment service personnel. Conclusion the incidence of syphilis has been changed from rising to steady in recent years, and some measures should be taken to prevent and treat the high risk population.
