【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用秀麗隱桿線蟲(chóng)評(píng)估重金屬生物毒性效應(yīng)。方法將L4期秀麗隱桿線蟲(chóng)暴露于低濃度的CdCl2、CrCl3、As2O3、PbCl2和HgCl2溶液及M9緩沖液(對(duì)照組)中72 h,評(píng)價(jià)不同濃度重金屬暴露對(duì)線蟲(chóng)生存時(shí)間和生殖毒性的影響。結(jié)果 2.5、10μmol/L的HgCl2和PbCl2、10μmol/L CdCl2、50μmol/L CrCl3染毒線蟲(chóng)72 h后,與對(duì)照組相比,線蟲(chóng)平均壽命均縮短,平均壽命及生存曲線差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。L4期線蟲(chóng)分別在2.5、50、100μmol/L上述重金屬溶液中暴露72 h,世代時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)、后代數(shù)目減少,與對(duì)照組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.01)。在低濃度時(shí),Hg生殖毒性較Pb、Cd、Cr大,As毒性較弱。結(jié)論重金屬暴露對(duì)秀麗隱桿線蟲(chóng)壽命有一定影響,可致子代生殖能力下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the biological toxicity of heavy metals by Rhizoma elegans. Methods exposed to low concentrations of CdCl2CrCl3CrCl3As2O3PbCl2 and HgCl2 solution and M9 buffer solution (control group) for 72 h, the exposure of different concentrations of heavy metals was evaluated. Results the effects of 2.5 渭 mol/L HgCl2 and 10 渭 mol/L CDCL 2 + 10 渭 mol/L CrCl3 on nematodes survival time and reproductive toxicity were observed for 72 h after exposure to nematode nematodes. Compared with the control group, the average life span of nematode was shortened, and the difference of average life span and survival curve was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nematodes of stage L _ 4 were exposed to the above heavy metal solution of 2.5 ~ 50 渭 mol/L for 72 h, the generation time was prolonged, and the number of offspring was decreased. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). The reproductive toxicity of HG was weaker than that of PbCdcr at low concentration. Conclusion heavy metal exposure has some effect on the longevity of Cryptophagus elegans, and can result in the decrease of reproductive ability of the offspring.
