【摘要】：目的了解廈門市湖里區(qū)女性流動人口計生基本公共服務(wù)均等化現(xiàn)狀。方法于2014年6—7月,對廈門市湖里區(qū)590名在當(dāng)?shù)鼐幼M3個月的18~49歲育齡婦女進行計生技術(shù)與生殖健康、計生政策普及、優(yōu)生優(yōu)育、生育關(guān)懷等內(nèi)容調(diào)查。結(jié)果 38.2%(153/401)的女性流動人口和79.4%(150/189)的女性戶籍人口接受過"兩癌"篩查;66.7%(126/189)的女性戶籍人口采用避孕套避孕,女性流動人口為41.6%(167/401);優(yōu)生優(yōu)育免費服務(wù)和節(jié)育政策在女性流動人口中的普及率低于女性戶籍人口;已在廈門本地生育過子女的女性流動人口從未接受過免費產(chǎn)檢的占87.5%(342/391),女性戶籍人口占82.9%(145/175);接受過5次以上產(chǎn)檢的女性流動人口占59.8%(234/391),女性戶籍人口占84.6%(148/175);83.4%(146/175)的女性戶籍人口和75.2%(294/391)的女性流動人口的子女接種了所有適齡免費疫苗。結(jié)論女性流動人口享受的計生基本公共服務(wù)的總體水平低于女性戶籍人口,計生基本公共服務(wù)均等化有待進一步推進。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of equalization of basic public services for female floating population and family planning in Huli District, Xiamen City. Methods from June to July, 2014, 590 women of childbearing age of 18 or 49 years old who had lived in Huli District of Xiamen City for 3 months were enrolled in this study, and their family planning techniques and reproductive health were carried out. Survey on the contents of Family Planning Policy Popularization, Well-Parenthood, Fertility Care, etc. Results 38.2% of the female floating population and 79.4150% of the 1899 female registered residents have received the "two cancers" screening. (66.7% of the female registered residents used condoms.). The number of female floating population is 41.6 / 167 / 401; the prevalence rate of free service and birth control policy in female floating population is lower than that of female registered resident population; The floating women who have given birth to their children in Xiamen have never received free birth examination, 87.5percent of them have never received a free birth examination, 82.9percent of them are women registered residents, 82.9percent of them are women's registered residents, women who have had more than five birth check-ups account for 59.843 / 391s of women, and women's registered residents account for 84.6r.148175s and 83.43.4s / 175s respectively) of women registered permanent residents who have undergone more than five birth examinations. (the female floating population has never received a free birth examination; the female floating population has never received a free birth examination; the female floating population has never received a free birth examination.). The children of the female floating population were vaccinated with all the free vaccines of the appropriate age. Conclusion the overall level of basic public services for family planning among the female floating population is lower than that of the female household registration population. The equalization of basic public services for family planning needs to be further promoted.
