成都市兒童青少年飲食行為現(xiàn)狀及其與青春期發(fā)育的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的了解成都市7~16歲兒童青少年的飲食行為現(xiàn)狀及其與青春期發(fā)育的關(guān)系,為分析影響兒童青少年青春期發(fā)育的膳食行為因素提供初步線索。方法采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣法,抽取成都市1 656名7~16歲兒童青少年為研究對(duì)象,分別采用問卷調(diào)查和現(xiàn)場觀測的方法調(diào)查飲食行為和青春期發(fā)育狀況。結(jié)果已首次遺精(簡稱首遺)的男生攝入零食和含糖飲料的頻率分別為2.70和1.46次/d,高于未首遺男生的2.00和0.87次/d(H值分別為5.58,5.61,P值均0.01);已月經(jīng)初潮(簡稱初潮)的女生攝入油炸食品、零食和含糖飲料的頻率分別為1.53,2.89和1.29次/d,高于未初潮女生的1.24,2.44和0.86次/d(H值分別為2.62,3.66,5.77,P值均0.01)。男、女生中,未發(fā)育組經(jīng)常吃早餐的所占比例均高于發(fā)育早期組和發(fā)育晚期組(χ2值分別為7.83,26.66,P值均0.05);隨青春期發(fā)育程度的升高,零食和含糖飲料的攝入頻率逐漸增高(男生H值分別為43.97,44.27,女生H值分別為29.47,42.90,P值均0.01)。結(jié)論兒童青少年的飲食行為習(xí)慣可能與青春期發(fā)育相關(guān),但仍需進(jìn)一步確證。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of dietary behavior and the relationship between dietary behavior and puberty development among children and adolescents aged 7 to 16 in Chengdu, and to provide a preliminary clue for the analysis of dietary behavior factors affecting adolescent development. Methods stratified cluster random sampling was used. A total of 1 656 children and adolescents aged 7 to 16 in Chengdu were selected as subjects. Results the frequency of intake of snacks and sugary drinks was 2.70 and 1.46 times / d, respectively, which was higher than that of the boys who had not had the first spermatozoa (abbreviated as the first sequestration). The values of 2.00 and 0.87 / d / d ~ (-1) H of boys were 5.58 / 5.61g / h, respectively. The girls with menarche (abbreviated as menarche) ate fried food, and the female students with menarche (abbreviated as menarche) ate fried food. The frequency of snacks and sugary drinks were 1.53% 2.89 and 1.29 times / d, respectively, which were higher than those of non-menarche girls (1.24% 2.44 and 0.86 times / d) respectively (P = 0.01). The percentage of undeveloped group who often ate breakfast was higher than that of early development group and late development group (蠂 2 value was 7.83% 26.66%, P = 0.05%, respectively), and increased with the development of puberty. The intake frequency of snacks and sugary drinks increased gradually (the H values of male students were 43.97% 44.27 and those of girls were 29.47% and 42.90% P respectively). Conclusion the dietary behavior habits of children and adolescents may be related to puberty development, but should be confirmed further.
