枸杞多糖及其配伍茶多酚緩解小鼠體力疲勞作用的研究

【摘要】:目的評價枸杞多糖(LBP)及LBP配伍茶多酚(TP)緩解小鼠體力疲勞作用的效果,并探討其作用機制。方法 SPF級雄性昆明小鼠336只,共分為4批,每批隨機分成7組:LBP低、中、高劑量(LBP-L、LBP-M、LBP-H)組,LBP配伍TP(以下簡稱配伍組)低、中、高劑量(C-L、C-M、C-H)組,設(shè)生理鹽水(NS)為對照,每組12只。小鼠在每日飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼料的基礎(chǔ)上,以每10 g體質(zhì)量0.2 m L溶液灌胃,15 d后進行負(fù)重游泳實驗,并檢測肝糖原、血清尿素氮和血乳酸等生化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果同NS組相比,LBP-M、LBP-H組小鼠負(fù)重游泳時間顯著延長(P0.05),LBP-L、LBP-M、LBP-H組肝糖原的含量顯著增加(P0.05),血清尿素氮和血乳酸水平顯著降低(P0.05);C-L、C-M、C-H組小鼠負(fù)重游泳時間顯著延長(P0.05),肝糖原的含量顯著提高(P0.05),血清尿素氮和血乳酸水平顯著降低(P0.05)。同LBP組相比,配伍組負(fù)重游泳時間延長,肝糖原含量增加,血尿素氮和血乳酸水平降低;其中C-L組肝糖原水平顯著高于LBP-L組(P=0.027),C-M組血乳酸水平顯著低于LBP-M組(P=0.006)。結(jié)論 LBP及LBP配伍TP對小鼠體質(zhì)量無影響,但具有緩解小鼠體力疲勞的作用;其作用機制可能與其增加了肝糖原儲備量、減少蛋白質(zhì)的分解代謝,進而減少血清尿素氮水平及增加了磷酸果糖激酶的活性,使血乳酸水平下降有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP) and LBP combined with tea polyphenols (LBP) on relieving physical fatigue in mice, and to explore its mechanism. Methods 336 SPF grade male Kunming mice were divided into 4 batches and randomly divided into 7 groups. The high dose LBP-LBP-MU LBP-H group was low in LBP and TP- (hereinafter referred to as the compatibility group). The control group consisted of 12 mice in each group, and 12 mice in each group were fed with basic diet daily. The weight bearing swimming experiment was carried out 15 days later with 0.2 mL solution per 10 g body mass, and liver glycogen was detected. Results compared with NS group, the swimming time of LBP-MU LBP-H group was prolonged significantly, the content of liver glycogen in LBP-LBP-LBP-H group increased significantly, and the level of serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid decreased significantly. The swimming time was prolonged significantly (P 0.05), liver glycogen content was significantly increased, serum urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid levels were significantly decreased compared with LBP group. In the compatibility group, the swimming time was prolonged, the content of liver glycogen was increased, and the levels of blood urea nitrogen and blood lactic acid were decreased. The level of liver glycogen in C-L group was significantly higher than that in LBP-L group. The serum lactate level in C-M group was significantly lower than that in LBP-M group. Conclusion LBP and LBP combined with TP have no effect on the body weight of mice, but they can relieve physical fatigue of mice. The mechanism may be related to the increase of liver glycogen reserve, the reduction of catabolism of protein, the decrease of serum urea nitrogen level and the increase of phosphofructokinase activity, and the decrease of blood lactate level.
