【摘要】：目的 了解廣西2010-2015年艾滋病流行特征及趨勢(shì),為制定針對(duì)性防治措施和模式提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法 以全國(guó)艾滋病綜合防治信息系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法,分析2010-2015年艾滋病新發(fā)現(xiàn)并報(bào)告病例疫情信息資料。結(jié)果 廣西新發(fā)現(xiàn)并報(bào)告艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)病人(簡(jiǎn)稱HIV/AIDS)病例數(shù)2011年比2010年增長(zhǎng)22.34%,2012-2015年各年分別報(bào)告12 229例、10 877例、9 460例、9 190例,晚發(fā)現(xiàn)比例連續(xù)6年維持在50%以上。97%以上鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)(街道)歷年都有病例報(bào)告,男女比例為2.45∶1,男性新發(fā)現(xiàn)并報(bào)告為AIDS病人的從26.19%上升到35.41%;25~49歲占48.70%,25~49歲和0~14歲從54.40%下降到43.14%和從1.15%下降到0.52%,而50~64歲從22.44%上升到33.58%;農(nóng)民占67.92%,從9 515例下降到6 483例,學(xué)生從36例上升到126例;異性性傳播占90.42%,同性性傳播從0.93%上升到5.33%,注射吸毒和母嬰傳播從10.74%下降到1.98%和從1.04%下降到0.48%。報(bào)告病例來(lái)源于醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)占57.07%,疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)占34.22%,HIV抗體檢測(cè)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)占66.08%,醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)檢出陽(yáng)性比例從2010年的1.91‰下降到2015年的0.88‰,不同機(jī)構(gòu)不同年份陽(yáng)性檢測(cè)比例差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論 廣西2012-2015年新發(fā)現(xiàn)并報(bào)告HIV/AIDS病例數(shù)連續(xù)4年下降,但晚發(fā)現(xiàn)比例較高,且以性傳播途徑為主,提示廣西艾滋病流行模式已發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變,艾滋病防治工作面臨諸多新挑戰(zhàn),亟須在策略及防治措施和模式上取得新的突破。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the characteristics and trends of HIV / AIDS epidemic in Guangxi from 2010 to 2015. Methods based on the data of the national AIDS comprehensive prevention and control information system, descriptive epidemiological method was adopted. Analysis of information on new cases of HIV / AIDS reported in 2010-2015 results the newly discovered and reported HIV / AIDS AIDS (HIV / AIDS) patients in Guangxi (. The number of HIV / AIDS cases in 2011 was 22.34% higher than that in 2010. A total of 12 229 cases (10 877 cases) were reported in each year from 2012 to 2015. 9 460 cases (9 190 cases) were reported. The rate of late detection was maintained above 50%. 97% of townships (streets) for 6 consecutive years. The ratio of male to female was 2.45: 1.
