【摘要】：目的分析宣城市2011-2013年疑似預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)(adverse event following immunization,AEFI)的發(fā)生特征,評價預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的運轉(zhuǎn)情況及接種安全性,為改進AEFI監(jiān)測工作提供依據(jù)。方法收集宣城市2011-2013年AEFI監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)報告的個案數(shù)據(jù),用描述性流行病學(xué)方法對相關(guān)指標(biāo)進行分析。結(jié)果宣城市2011-2013年報告AEFI 674例,其中以廣德縣報告最多。發(fā)生AEFI前三位的疫苗為無細胞百白破疫苗、白破疫苗、流腦A+C(結(jié)合)疫苗,男女性別比為1.07∶1,≤1歲兒童占62.91%,集中發(fā)生在5~9月。接種≤1 d發(fā)生的占86.20%。一類疫苗發(fā)生率為33.48/10萬劑,二類疫苗發(fā)生率為20.07/10萬劑。AEFI分類診斷中,一般反應(yīng)占93.18%,異常反應(yīng)占6.38%,偶合癥占0.44%;臨床損害以發(fā)熱/紅腫/硬結(jié)和過敏性皮疹最為多見。2011-2013年,AEFI調(diào)查及時率均為100%。結(jié)論全市的AEFI監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)運轉(zhuǎn)正常,目前所使用的疫苗安全性和預(yù)防接種服務(wù)質(zhì)量良好,但AEFI監(jiān)測工作還需進一步規(guī)范,規(guī)范預(yù)防接種操作,嚴(yán)格掌握疫苗禁忌癥,能減少AEFI的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the suspected event following immunization in Xuancheng from 2011 to 2013. The occurrence characteristics of AEFI and the operation and safety of abnormal reaction monitoring system for vaccination were evaluated. To provide the basis for improving the AEFI monitoring work. Methods collect the case data reported by the AEFI monitoring system in Xuancheng City from 2011 to 2013. Results 674 cases of AEFI were reported in Xuancheng from 2011 to 2013.
