【摘要】:目的建立工作場所中空氣中環(huán)氧乙烷、呋喃、二氯甲烷、苯、甲苯的便攜式氣相色譜現(xiàn)場快速檢測方法。方法利用動態(tài)氣體稀釋儀配制標準氣體,標準氣體和空氣樣品內(nèi)置恒流采樣泵抽取,經(jīng)色譜柱分離后用Voyager便攜式氣相色譜儀(光離子化檢測器)檢測,以保留時間定性,峰面積定量。結果便攜式氣相色譜儀在柱溫60℃,柱前壓9psi條件下,5種物質分離效果良好,環(huán)氧乙烷在0.45~90.72mg/m~3、呋喃在0.22~44.50 mg/m~3、二氯甲烷在2.19~437.4 mg/m~3、苯在0.32~13.29 mg/m~3、甲苯在0.38~15.68 mg/m~3范圍內(nèi)具良好線性關系,均R~2≥0.999,檢出限分別為0.03、0.04、0.2、0.008和0.03 mg/m~3,相對標準偏差分別為0.79%~2.4%、1.5%~1.9%、0.97%~1.8%、2.3%~3.2%和3.4%~4.6%,回收率分別為101.4%~108.4%、85.49%~94.98%、97.78%~106.2%、99.29%~103.5%和95.54%~101.7%。空氣樣品同時采用7890A臺式氣相色譜儀進行對比測定,結果環(huán)氧乙烷、呋喃、二氯甲烷、苯、甲苯的相對誤差分別為0.091%~8.8%、3.8%~6.7%、0.77%~9.4%、0.24%~1.6%和0.31%~8.0%。結論該方法操作簡便、準確、靈敏,分離效果好,分析周期短,可用于職業(yè)危害現(xiàn)場的快速檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the workplace in the air of epoxy ethane, furan, dichloromethane, benzene, toluene and the rapid detection method of portable gas chromatography. By means of dynamic gas dilution instrument preparation of standard gas, standard gas and air samples with built-in constant current sampling pump, using Voyager portable gas chromatograph by chromatographic column separation (photoionization detector) detection by retention time qualitative, quantitative peak area. The portable gas chromatograph in column temperature of 60 DEG C, column pressure under the condition of 9psi, 5 kinds of material with good separation effect, ethylene oxide in 0.45~90.72mg /m~3, 0.22~44.50 mg/m~3 furan in dichloromethane at 2.19~437.4, mg/m~3, mg/m~3, 0.32~13.29 in benzene, toluene has a good linear relationship in the 0.38~15.68 mg/m~3 range, R~2 = 0.999, the detection limits were 0.03,0.04,0.2,0.008 and 0.03 mg/m~3, the relative standard deviation is 0.79%~2.4%, 1.5%~1.9%, 0.97%~ 1.8%, 2.3%~3.2% and 3.4%~4.6%, the recovery rate of 101.4%~108.4%, 85.49%~94.98%, 97.78%~106.2%, 99.29%~103.5% and 95.54%~101.7%. air samples at the same time using the 7890A desktop gas chromatograph was compared by results, ethylene oxide, furan, dichloromethane, benzene, toluene and the relative error is 0.091%~8.8% and 3.8%~6.7% respectively, 0.77%~9.4%, 0.24%~1.6% and 0.31%~8.0%. conclusion the method is simple and accurate, sensitive, good separation effect, short analysis period, can be used for rapid detection of occupation hazard site.
