【摘要】：旨在研究MSDs職業(yè)病在網(wǎng)店從業(yè)人群中的分布情況和影響因素,并給出相應改善建議。研究采用肌肉骨骼疾患調(diào)查表,發(fā)現(xiàn)樣本的年患病率高達94.7%,其中以頸部和肩部患病率最高。因此,需從人體工效學角度科學地設計辦公間的布局和人機界面,合理調(diào)整工作姿勢,盡量保持高頻率的工間休息,并結(jié)合有氧運動、柔韌練習等運動療法,以緩解和治療MSDs。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to study the distribution and influencing factors of MSDs occupational diseases in online shop workers and to give corresponding suggestions for improvement. A questionnaire on musculoskeletal diseases was used. It was found that the annual prevalence rate of the samples was as high as 94.7, of which neck and shoulder were the highest. Therefore, the layout of office space and human-machine interface should be scientifically designed from the ergonomics point of view, and the working posture should be adjusted reasonably. Try to maintain high frequency rest, and combine aerobic exercise, flexibility exercise and other exercise therapy to alleviate and treat MSDs.
