自由個體主義還是儒家家庭主義:從醫(yī)學問題看生命倫理學與中國傳統(tǒng)文化的碰撞

本文從介紹生命倫理學這一概念著手,從跨文化研究的角度闡述了生命倫理學范疇下的醫(yī)學問題所體現(xiàn)的中國與西方不同的價值觀,意在解釋中西方不同社會成員對安樂死、器官捐贈、醫(yī)療講真話以及知情同意等生命倫理學問題做出相反的決策或反應(yīng)的深刻原因。本文從全新的綜合性視角出發(fā),從學術(shù)角度將生命倫理學與跨文化研究聯(lián)系起來,以跨文化交際學中的個體主義與集體主義這一文化維度理論為基礎(chǔ),延伸出西方自主性與中國儒家家庭主義的對比性,并通過對比研究法、文獻綜述法以及案頭研究,對中西方不同社會成員在對待生命倫理學問題時,由于這兩種相反的文化價值觀的影響所體現(xiàn)出的不同態(tài)度進行全面、系統(tǒng)的文化對比研究。該研究的目的在于為解決本文體現(xiàn)出的文化分歧提供富有建設(shè)性的建議,指明只要在“場域”中解決矛盾與分歧,并且當事人都能用文化包容的態(tài)度對待其他文化,那么兩種看似對立的文化是可以通約的。
