研究目的：通過(guò)主客觀評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)比較陰式網(wǎng)片修復(fù)盆腔臟器脫垂治療效果。材料及方法：數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源于pub med,, Dynamed, Medline數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中使用Gynecare和Boston scientific公司聚丙烯網(wǎng)片經(jīng)陰式修復(fù)盆腔臟器脫垂的前瞻性,回顧性研究和隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)和對(duì)照臨床試驗(yàn),以及加拿大婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)師協(xié)會(huì)和美國(guó)食品和藥品管理局自2005年到2012年發(fā)布的相關(guān)研究。結(jié)果：現(xiàn)代陰式修補(bǔ)脫垂手術(shù)中,由于傳統(tǒng)修補(bǔ)方法的高失敗率,Graft和網(wǎng)片越來(lái)越多的應(yīng)用于臨床,經(jīng)陰道植入網(wǎng)片以及陰道上段懸吊術(shù)和侵入性的腹部植入網(wǎng)片方法相比較,效果更好。陰道植入網(wǎng)片方法手術(shù)失敗率低的特點(diǎn),已被Cochrane回顧性統(tǒng)計(jì)方法證實(shí)。為使該類手術(shù)更為簡(jiǎn)易操作,需要提高手術(shù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度和使用更少的陰道填充物。如果這樣那么每個(gè)手術(shù)醫(yī)生都能夠容易地進(jìn)行網(wǎng)片修復(fù)盆腔臟器脫垂手術(shù),但事實(shí)并非如此。手術(shù)還需要醫(yī)生具有熟練的盆腔手術(shù)操作技能,并且能很好的理解修復(fù)手術(shù)技能以及手術(shù)的局限性。本文的研究目的旨于更好的研究使用網(wǎng)片,如何應(yīng)用網(wǎng)片,目前為止網(wǎng)片的效果和并發(fā)癥,以及如果減少并發(fā)癥、在陰式網(wǎng)片修復(fù)技術(shù)治療盆腔臟器脫...
