【摘要】：目的應用多焦視網膜電流圖(mfERG)評價雷珠單抗治療年齡相關性黃斑變性(AMD)療效的價值。方法 AMD患者31例(31眼)接受玻璃體腔注射雷珠單抗治療,每月1次,共3次。比較治療前后患眼mfERG檢測中1-5環(huán)反應振幅、潛伏期及最佳矯正視力的變化。結果治療后,患眼mfERG反應振幅1、2環(huán)高于治療前(P0.01),反應潛伏期1-5環(huán)均有降低(P0.05或P0.01)。結論 mfERG能明確顯示雷珠單抗治療AMD能有效改善視網膜的生理功能。
