【摘要】：目的比較不同的消毒沖洗的方法對(duì)術(shù)后眼內(nèi)感染的預(yù)防效果,以降低白內(nèi)障患者手術(shù)的感染風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法選取2012年10月-2013年9月在眼科行白內(nèi)障手術(shù)的患者99例,隨機(jī)分成3組,每組各33例,第1組患者采用聚維酮碘消毒結(jié)膜囊、生理鹽水清洗和貼眼膜做手術(shù);第2組患者在第1組的基礎(chǔ)上再行聚維酮碘消毒結(jié)膜囊、生理鹽水清洗后做手術(shù);第3組術(shù)前采取聚維酮碘消毒結(jié)膜囊,0.9%生理鹽水沖洗,貼眼貼膜后開(kāi)始手術(shù),術(shù)畢再次對(duì)結(jié)膜囊無(wú)痛碘消毒生理鹽水沖洗,直接包眼;采用比較調(diào)查3組患者的眼內(nèi)感染率、細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)結(jié)果和患者的術(shù)后滿意度,所有數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS18.0分析。結(jié)果患者眼內(nèi)細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽(yáng)性率第1組為15.15%、第2組為12.12%、第3組為12.12%,3組感染率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 3種消毒沖洗的方法對(duì)術(shù)后眼內(nèi)感染的預(yù)防效果均較好,為了縮短手術(shù)時(shí)間和節(jié)約資源,可選取步驟最少的聚維酮碘消毒結(jié)膜囊、生理鹽水清洗,貼眼膜立即進(jìn)行眼科手術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the preventive effect of different disinfection and washing methods on intraocular infection after operation in order to reduce the risk of infection in cataract patients. Methods from October 2012 to September 2013, 99 patients undergoing cataract surgery in ophthalmology were randomly divided into three groups, 33 patients in each group, the first group was treated with povidone iodine disinfection conjunctival capsule, saline cleaning and ophthalmic membrane surgery, the second group was treated with povidone iodine disinfection conjunctival capsule, and the patients in group 2 were treated with povidone iodine disinfection conjunctival capsule and normal saline cleaning. In the third group, the conjunctival capsule was sterilized with povidone iodine before operation, 0.9% saline was washed with saline, and the operation began after sticking the eye. After operation, the conjunctival capsule was washed with painless iodine disinfection saline directly, and the intraocular infection rate, bacterial culture results and postoperative satisfaction of the patients in the three groups were compared and investigated, and all the data were analyzed by SPSS18.0. Results the positive rate of bacterial culture in group 1 was 15.15%, that in group 2 was 12.12%, and that in group 3 was 12.12%. There was no significant difference in the infection rate among the three groups. Conclusion the three disinfection and washing methods have good preventive effect on intraocular infection after operation. In order to shorten the operation time and save resources, povidone iodine disinfection conjunctival capsule with the least steps can be selected, normal saline cleaning and ophthalmic surgery can be carried out immediately.
