【摘要】： 目的 建立小鼠急性細(xì)菌性鼻-鼻竇炎模型。 方法 179只BALB／c小鼠,隨機(jī)分為4組。A,B組BALB／c小鼠右側(cè)鼻腔中塞入棉條。A組中,以耐甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌(MRSA)COL菌懸液浸潤棉條；B組則以無菌生理鹽水浸潤棉條。C組,只在小鼠鼻腔中滴入MRSA COL菌懸液。D組為對照組。動物分別于1,4,7,14天處死。對鼻部組織做細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)和病理切片研究。死亡的3只小鼠(A組)未計(jì)入數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)中。 結(jié)果 A組小鼠全部誘導(dǎo)出急性細(xì)菌性鼻-鼻竇炎,B組小鼠可誘導(dǎo)出鼻腔炎癥反應(yīng)。炎癥程度經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,A、B組有明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。C,D組小鼠沒有出現(xiàn)炎癥反應(yīng)。結(jié)論：成功建立小鼠急性細(xì)菌性鼻-鼻竇炎模型

[Abstract]:Objective to establish a mouse model of acute bacterial rhinosinusitis. Methods 179 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Group A and group B BALB/c mice were inserted into the right nasal cavity. Group A was infiltrated with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) COL suspension and group B was infiltrated with aseptic saline. Group C was only infused with MRSA COL bacteria suspension in the nasal cavity of mice. Group D was used as the control group. The animals were executed at 1, 4, 7 and 14 days respectively. The bacterial culture and pathological section of nasal tissue were studied. Three dead mice (group A) were not included in the data statistics. Results Acute bacterial rhinosinusitis was induced in all mice in group A, and inflammation in nasal cavity was induced in group B. There was significant difference in the degree of inflammation between group A and group B. there was no inflammatory reaction in group C and D. Conclusion: the mouse model of acute bacterial rhinosinusitis was successfully established.
