【摘要】：目的研究瓊海市≥60歲居民眼疾病狀況及未就診的影響因素。方法選擇2012年7月至2013年7月瓊海市≥60歲的584例居民,采用抽樣調(diào)查方案進(jìn)行研究,分成未就診組(284例)與就診組(300例)。由專業(yè)人員攜帶診療儀器進(jìn)駐調(diào)查點(diǎn),根據(jù)患者病史及檢查結(jié)果分析≥60歲居民的眼疾病狀況及未就診情況的影響因素和危險因素。結(jié)果≥60歲居民中,共篩查出140例眼疾病患者,其中70歲的發(fā)病率為15.24%(89/584),顯著高于≤70歲的8.73%(51/584)(χ2=11.719,P=0.000)。農(nóng)村〔14.04%(82/584)〕顯著高于城鎮(zhèn)〔9.93%(58/584)〕(χ2=4.675,P=0.031)。丘陵地區(qū)〔7.71%(45/584)〕顯著高于平原地區(qū)〔4.11%(24/584)〕(χ2=6.793,P=0.009)。山區(qū)〔12.16%(71/584)〕顯著高于丘陵地區(qū)〔7.71%(45/584)〕及平原地區(qū)〔4.11%(24/584)〕(χ2=6.470,25.311,P=0.011,0.000)。未就診組的性別為女性占32.39%(92/284),病程長(3年)者占16.90%(48/284),白內(nèi)障者占14.79%(42/284),翼狀胬肉者占13.03%(37/284),經(jīng)濟(jì)條件差者占19.72%(56/284),均分別顯著高于就診組的25.00%(75/300),7.00%(21/300),3.67%(11/300),6.67%(20/300),6.00%(18/300)(均P0.05)。根據(jù)Logistic回歸分析可知,眼疾病未就診的獨(dú)立危險因素中,年齡70歲的OR值為2.522,性別女的OR值為1.323,病程長(3年)的OR值為1.673,白內(nèi)障的OR值為2.534,翼狀胬肉的OR值為2.485,經(jīng)濟(jì)條件差的OR值為2.163。結(jié)論瓊海市≥60歲居民的眼疾病情況整體應(yīng)值得重視,由于影響因素較多,應(yīng)積極采取措施進(jìn)行針對性關(guān)注,值得臨床深入研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the status of eye diseases and the influencing factors of patients over 60 years old in Qionghai City. Methods from July 2012 to July 2013, 584 residents over 60 years old in Qionghai City were divided into two groups: undiagnosed group (284cases) and visiting group (300cases). According to the medical history and examination results of the patients, the influencing factors and risk factors of eye diseases and non-medical treatment were analyzed according to the medical history and examination results of the patients.
