【摘要】：正患者男,54歲。因左眼喪失視力2周就診。詢問(wèn)病史,患者曾于1年前行右側(cè)肺癌病灶切除術(shù)。眼科檢查:左眼視力消失,無(wú)光感,左眼玻璃體內(nèi)顳側(cè)可見蘑菇狀的黃色實(shí)性隆起,大小1.5 cm×1.2 cm。右眼未見異常。彩超所見:左眼眼軸2.35 cm,前房0.21 cm,晶體0.53 cm,玻璃體1.6 cm。左眼眼軸及前房厚度正常,左眼晶體增厚、渾濁,玻璃體內(nèi)顳側(cè)壁上可見大小1.2 cm×1.1 cm的低回聲,形態(tài)
[Abstract]:The male patient is 54 years old. Patients were treated for 2 weeks because of loss of visual acuity in the left eye. Asked about the medical history, the patient underwent resection of the right lung cancer focus 1 year ago. Ophthalmic examination: visual acuity disappeared and no light sense was found in the left eye. Mushroom-shaped yellow solid bulge was seen on the temporal side of the left eye vitreous, the size of which was 1.5 cm 脳 1.2 cm.. There was no abnormality in the right eye. Color Doppler ultrasound: left eye axis 2.35 cm, anterior chamber 0.21 cm, lens 0.53 cm, vitreous 1.6 cm. The thickness of the axis and anterior chamber of the left eye is normal, the lens of the left eye is thickened and turbid, and the hypoechoic size of 1.2 cm 脳 1.1 cm can be seen on the temporal wall of the vitreous body.
