【摘要】：目的:探討不同年齡正常聽力新生兒和嬰幼兒聽性腦干反應(ABR)波潛伏期的特點及變化規(guī)律,為準確評估新生兒及嬰幼兒的聽力情況提供參考。方法:選取2010年3月~2013年3月間在該院進行聽力檢查且結(jié)果正常的新生兒和嬰幼兒153名(306耳),將其按不同年齡段分組進行ABR測試,同時選取18~25歲的正常青年人19名(38耳)為對照組,對比組間各波潛伏期和波間期的變化情況。結(jié)果:ABR波Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ潛伏期時間隨著新生兒和嬰幼兒月齡的增大而逐漸變短,其中波Ⅰ潛伏時間1~7日組、30~59日組、2~4個月組明顯長于對照組;波Ⅲ潛伏時間1~7日組、30~59日組、2~4個月組、5~7個月組明顯長于對照組;波Ⅴ潛伏時間1~7日組、30~59日組、2~4個月組、5~7個月組、8~10個月組、11~13個月組、14~16個月組明顯長于對照組;以上差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。ABRⅠ~Ⅲ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ波間期分別于8~10個月、17~19個月起和對照組之間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),Ⅲ~Ⅴ波間期至20~24個月時和對照組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:新生兒和嬰幼兒ABR檢測結(jié)果應當結(jié)合不同月齡和各波潛伏期、波間期等指標進行綜合分析,不能直接參照正常成人標準。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics and changes of auditory brainstem response (ABR) wave latency in neonates and infants with normal hearing of different ages, and to provide reference for accurate evaluation of hearing status in neonates and infants. Methods: from March 2010 to March 2013, 153 neonates and infants (306 ears) with normal results were selected and divided into different age groups for ABR test.
