【摘要】：目的探討辨證自擬中藥聯(lián)合手術(shù)治療分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的臨床療效.方法 196例SOM患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,均依病變情況給予手術(shù)治療,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上依據(jù)中醫(yī)辨證分型給予相應(yīng)中藥口服,比較兩組患者主觀感受情況和臨床療效,并比較三種不同辨證分型患者間臨床療效.結(jié)果治療后觀察組患者耳鳴、耳聾、聽力下降、耳悶塞感的的改善情況均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(χ2=4.356,P=0.037,χ2=4.923,P=0.027,χ2=5.707,P=0.036,χ2=5.707,P=0.017)癥狀;觀察組患者總有效率為,觀察組有效率高于對(duì)照組(91.84%VS 85.72%,χ2=6.000,P=0.014));風(fēng)邪滯竅型、痰濕聚耳型、氣血瘀絡(luò)型患者治療總有效率分別為91.49%、92.10%和92.31%,三種辨證型間治療效果差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=0.015,P=0.992).結(jié)論辨證自擬中藥聯(lián)合手術(shù)可有效提高分泌性中耳炎的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation and self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with surgery in the treatment of secretory otitis media (SOM). Methods 196 patients with SOM were randomly divided into observation group and control group, all of which were treated surgically according to the pathological changes. On this basis, the observation group was given oral administration of the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, and the subjective feelings and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. The clinical effects of three different syndrome differentiation types were compared.
