【摘要】：目的測量耳屏軟骨-軟骨膜復(fù)合體厚度,探討其對中耳炎手術(shù)治療效果及重建聽力的影響。方法 49例(50耳)慢性中耳炎患者根據(jù)病情行伴或不伴乳突根治的鼓室成形術(shù),均以耳屏軟骨-軟骨膜復(fù)合體修補(bǔ)鼓膜,術(shù)中測量耳屏軟骨-軟骨膜復(fù)合體厚度,術(shù)后每周隨訪一次至干耳,術(shù)后半年復(fù)查純音聽閾,分析耳屏軟骨-軟骨膜復(fù)合體厚度、干耳與否、干耳時(shí)間、鼓膜生長情況、術(shù)前和術(shù)后半年0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0kHz頻率的純音聽閾。結(jié)果 50耳耳屏軟骨-軟骨膜復(fù)合體的平均厚度為0.87±0.08mm(0.72~1.07mm),干耳時(shí)間3~12w,中位數(shù)3w;42耳術(shù)后隨訪半年,鼓膜形態(tài)、色澤良好;其中31耳患耳氣骨導(dǎo)差縮小,聽力提高,另11耳聽力結(jié)果未納入分析。結(jié)論耳屏軟骨-軟骨膜復(fù)合體的厚度較恒定,作為修復(fù)中耳材料具有干耳時(shí)間較短、利于聽力改善、并發(fā)癥較少等特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the thickness of cartilage-cartilage complex in ear screen and to explore the effect of cartilage-cartilage complex on surgical treatment of otitis media and reconstruction of hearing. Methods 49 patients (50 ears) with chronic otitis media underwent tympanoplasty with or without mastoidectomy. The tympanic membrane was repaired with earscreen cartilage-cartilage periosteum complex, and the thickness of ear screen cartilage-cartilage periosteum complex was measured during operation. Follow-up to the dry ear once a week after operation. The pure tone hearing threshold was reexamined half a year after operation. The thickness of cartilage-cartilage complex, dry ear, dry ear time and tympanic membrane growth were analyzed. The pure tone hearing threshold of 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 kHz frequencies before and half a year after operation.
