【摘要】：目的探索先天性中外耳畸形患者耳道再造與鼓室成形術后聽力改善情況,為此類患者方案選擇提供參考。方法回顧性分析2006年6月~2012年12月我們進行外耳道再造與鼓室成形患者中有術前術后聽力的41例(41耳)的情況。結果手術采用聽骨鏈松解41.5%(17/41),Porp植入46.3%(19/41),Torp植入7.3%(3/41),內耳開窗4.9%(2/41)。術前術后0.5k、1k、2k、4k平均氣導聽閾值分別為(58 d B/53d B),(64 d B/52d B),(73 d B/73d B),(62 d B/46d B).結論聽骨鏈松解與Torp植入術后聽力改善不明顯,Porp植入和內耳開窗術后聽力有明顯改善,但未能達到正常聽閾水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the hearing improvement after auditory canal reconstruction and tympanoplasty in patients with congenital external ear malformation. Methods from June 2006 to December 2012, 41 cases (41 ears) with pre-and post-operative hearing were retrospectively analyzed in our patients with external auditory canal reconstruction and tympanoplasty. Results the ossicular chain loosening was performed in 41.5% (17 / 41), Porp) of the patients (46.3%) (19 / 41), Torp) in 7.3% (3 / 41), and the inner ear was opened in 4.9% (2 / 41). The mean threshold values of air conduction were (58 d B), (53 d B), (64 d B d 52 d B), (73 d B), (62 d B D 46 d B).) before and after operation 0.5 k, 1 k, 2 k and 4 k, respectively. Conclusion there is no significant improvement in hearing after ossicular chain relaxation and Torp implantation, but there is significant improvement in hearing after Porp implantation and window opening in the inner ear, but the level of normal hearing threshold is not reached.
