【摘要】：目的研究聽(tīng)力正常新生兒不同時(shí)間間隔前掩蔽聽(tīng)性腦干反應(yīng)的特征,探討最適宜前掩蔽記錄的時(shí)間間隔。方法對(duì)30例(60耳)聽(tīng)力正常的新生兒分別進(jìn)行前掩蔽條件下4、8、16、32ms間隔刺激聲的ABR檢測(cè),以無(wú)掩蔽下的常規(guī)ABR為參照,對(duì)檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果除掩蔽間隔4ms的波Ⅲ潛伏期及Ⅰ-Ⅲ波間期外,前掩蔽條件下不同時(shí)間間隔(4、8、16、32ms)的潛伏期及波間期均較常規(guī)ABR延長(zhǎng)(P0.01),其中掩蔽間隔8ms時(shí)潛伏期及波間期延長(zhǎng)最明顯、最穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論新生兒前掩蔽ABR的波潛伏期及波間期延長(zhǎng)與掩蔽刺激間隔時(shí)間相關(guān)。掩蔽刺激間隔時(shí)間8ms(強(qiáng)度80dB nHL)更適宜新生兒前掩蔽聽(tīng)性腦干反應(yīng)的記錄。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the characteristics of auditory brainstem response (BAR) in newborns with normal hearing at different time intervals and to explore the most suitable time interval for anterior masking recording.
