不同年齡正常聽力新生兒和嬰幼兒聽性腦干反應波潛伏期分析

【摘要】:目的探討不同年齡正常聽力新生兒和嬰幼兒聽性腦干反應(ABR)波潛伏期的特點及變化規(guī)律。方法對145例(290耳)聽力正常新生兒和嬰幼兒進行ABR測試,按以下年齡段分組:1~7天齡組13例26耳,30~59天齡組17例34耳,2~4月齡組20例40耳,5~7月齡組19例38耳,8~10月齡組17例34耳,11~13月齡組18例36耳,14~16月齡組12例24耳,17~19月齡組13例26耳,20~24月齡組16例32耳。另設18~25歲正常青年人20例40耳作為對照組。觀察各組各波潛伏期及波間期的變化特征。結果在70dB nHL click聲刺激下,不同月齡的聽力正常新生兒和嬰幼兒波Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ潛伏期及波間期均隨月齡增大而逐漸縮短,5~7月齡組的波Ⅰ、8~10月齡組的波Ⅲ、17~19月齡組的波Ⅴ潛伏期與對照組差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)、Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波間期分別在8~10、17~19月齡時接近正常青年人水平(P0.05),但Ⅲ-Ⅴ波間期至20~24月齡時仍較正常青年人延長(P0.05)。結論正常聽力新生兒和嬰幼兒ABR測試結果與其聽覺系統(tǒng)的發(fā)育成熟程度有關,其結果應根據(jù)不同月齡進行修正,不能直接以成人的正常值作為正常標準。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the characteristics and changes of auditory brainstem response (ABR) latency of normal newborns and infants at different ages. Methods ABR tests were performed on 145 newborns and infants with normal hearing.
