【摘要】：目的觀察糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變眼軸軸長與中心視網(wǎng)膜厚度的相關性。方法收集2012年1月至2013年5月入住我院眼科及內(nèi)分泌科的糖尿病患者,經(jīng)眼底熒光血管造影(fundus fluorescence angiography,FFA)確診為糖尿病非增殖期的患者,采用眼科Axeg超測量眼軸長度,根據(jù)眼軸長度分為3組:22~24 mm組(正常組)60例(60眼)、24~26 mm組(長眼軸組)65例(65眼)、26 mm以上組(超長眼軸組)55例(55眼),對所有患者采用光學相干斷層掃描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)進行中心視網(wǎng)膜厚度測量,對3組患者測量所得數(shù)據(jù)分析其差異性。結果正常組中心視網(wǎng)膜厚度為(293.51±23.73)μm,長眼軸組中心視網(wǎng)膜厚度為(292.76±31.76)μm,超長眼軸組中心視網(wǎng)膜厚度為(277.89±37.82)μm。正常組與長眼軸組比較,中心視網(wǎng)膜厚度差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(t=0.191,P=0.849);正常組與超長眼軸組比較,超長眼軸組比正常組中心視網(wǎng)膜厚度顯著變薄(t=-3.627,P=0.000);長眼軸組與超長眼軸組比較,超長眼軸組比長眼軸組中心視網(wǎng)膜厚度顯著變薄(t=-3.644,P=0.000)。結論眼軸軸長與糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變中心視網(wǎng)膜厚度有明顯的相關性,超長眼軸患者的中心視網(wǎng)膜厚度顯著變薄。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between axial length and central retinal thickness in diabetic retinopathy. Methods from January 2012 to May 2013, diabetic patients who were admitted to ophthalmology and endocrine department in our hospital and diagnosed by fundus fluorescein angiography (fundus fluorescence angiography,FFA) were selected. The length of ophthalmic axis was measured by ophthalmic Axeg. According to the axial length of the eyes, they were divided into 3 groups: 60 cases (60 eyes) in 22 mm group (normal group), 65 cases (65 eyes) in 2426 mm group (long eye axis group) and 55 cases (55 eyes) in more than 26 mm group (super long axis group). The central retinal thickness was measured by optical coherence tomography (optical coherence tomography,OCT) in all patients. Results the central retinal thickness was (293.51 鹵23.73) 渭 m in normal group, (292.76 鹵31.76) 渭 m in long axis group and (277.89 鹵37.82) 渭 m in super long axis group. There was no significant difference in the central retinal thickness between the normal group and the long axis group (t = 0.191, P < 0. 849). The thickness of the central retina in the super long eye axis group was significantly thinner than that in the normal group (t = 3.627, P < 0. 000). The thickness of the central retina in the long axis group was significantly thinner than that in the long eye axis group (t = -3.644, P < 0. 000). Conclusion there is a significant correlation between the axial length and the central retinal thickness of diabetic retinopathy.
