【摘要】：選擇行羊膜移植的急性眼表堿灼傷的患者20例24眼,觀察羊膜的轉歸、眼表恢復情況及隨訪3~6個月情況。所有病例羊膜組織沒有松脫,4周左右逐漸透明,6周左右開始融解,眼表組織依灼傷程度有不同程度的恢復。
[Abstract]:Twenty patients (24 eyes) with acute ocular surface alkali burn were selected for amniotic membrane transplantation. The prognosis of amniotic membrane, the recovery of ocular surface and the follow-up of 3 ~ 6 months were observed. In all cases amniotic tissue was not loosened and gradually transparent about 4 weeks and began to melt around 6 weeks. The ocular surface tissue recovered in varying degrees according to the degree of burn.
