【摘要】：喉癌是耳鼻咽喉科常見的惡性腫瘤,近年來發(fā)病率有明顯的增高趨勢。隨著分子生物學技術等研究技術發(fā)展,腫瘤研究的不斷深人,已經有越來越多的耳鼻咽喉科研究者將目光聚焦于喉癌的研究。本研究即通過免疫組織化學方法對人66例喉癌組織及12例癌旁組織進行了HSP-70、Ki-67、CA19-9三種腫瘤生物學標記物檢測,探討三種蛋白表達在喉癌中的表達及其意義。結果表明在喉癌組織中,HSP-70、Ki-67、CA19-9的表達明顯高于12例癌旁組織的表達,有統(tǒng)計學顯著性差異(P0.05)。HSP-70、Ki-67、CA19-9陽性表達率與喉癌患者的年齡、性別、臨床分型無關。HSP-70陽性表達率與腫瘤分期、淋巴結轉移有關(P0.05)。ki-67的表達與腫瘤分期有關(P0.05)。CA19-9的表達與腫瘤分期、分化程度、淋巴結轉移有關(P0.05)。結果提示HSP-70、Ki-67和CA19-9作為喉癌的生物學標志物在喉癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展、惡變中可能具有重要作用,可用于喉癌惡性程度的評價。
[Abstract]:Laryngeal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in otorhinolaryngology. With the development of molecular biology and other research techniques, more and more researchers in otorhinolaryngology have focused on the study of laryngeal carcinoma. In this study, we detected the expression of HSP-70,Ki-67,CA19-9 in 66 human laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 12 paracancerous tissues by immunohistochemical method, and discussed the expression and significance of three proteins in laryngeal carcinoma. The results showed that the expression of HSP-70,Ki-67,CA19-9 in laryngeal carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in 12 paracancerous tissues (P0.05). The positive expression rate of CA19-9 was not related to the age, sex and clinical type of laryngeal cancer patients. The positive expression rate of HSP-70 was correlated with the tumor stage. The expression of ki-67 was related to tumor stage (P0.05). The expression of CA19-9 was related to tumor stage, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis (P0.05). The results suggest that HSP-70,Ki-67 and CA19-9 as biomarkers of laryngeal carcinoma may play an important role in the occurrence, development and malignancy of laryngeal carcinoma, and can be used to evaluate the malignant degree of laryngeal carcinoma.
