【摘要】：目的分析90歲以上老年性聾患者聽(tīng)性腦干反應(yīng)(ABR)的特征。方法對(duì)14例90歲以上老年性聾患者(平均年齡91.1.4±1.3歲,26耳)進(jìn)行交替短聲ABR測(cè)試。聽(tīng)力正常人9例(平均年齡22.7±1.2歲,18耳)作為對(duì)照組。觀測(cè)Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的峰潛伏期(PeakLatency,PL)和Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波間期(Inter-PeakLatency,IPL),并分別與對(duì)照組總體均數(shù)進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果總體的I波引出率和III波引出率均為76.9%(20/26),V波引出率為84.6%(22/26)。高齡老年性聾組各波PL較對(duì)照組延長(zhǎng)。Ⅰ-Ⅲ波IPL、Ⅲ-Ⅴ波IPL、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波IPL無(wú)組間統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論 90歲以上高齡老年性聾患者ABR波形分化較差。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of auditory brainstem response (ABR) in patients with presbycusis over 90 years old.
