【摘要】：正老年性聾是伴隨著年齡增長(zhǎng)出現(xiàn)的聽(tīng)覺(jué)器官退行性改變,其病理表現(xiàn)主要為耳蝸毛細(xì)胞和螺旋神經(jīng)節(jié)細(xì)胞的凋亡,臨床表現(xiàn)為由高頻向言語(yǔ)頻率緩慢進(jìn)行的雙側(cè)對(duì)稱性感音神經(jīng)性聾,伴或不伴耳鳴,多數(shù)人言語(yǔ)識(shí)別率降低,特別是在噪聲中言語(yǔ)識(shí)別更加困難,嚴(yán)重影響老年人的生活質(zhì)量。據(jù)估計(jì),全世界65~75歲的老年人中有25%受到老年性聾的困擾,而在75歲以上的老年人中,該比例高達(dá)70%~80%,到2050年,全世界將有9億老年人罹患老
[Abstract]:Positive presbycusis is a degenerative change of auditory organ accompanying with age. Its pathological manifestation is mainly apoptosis of cochlear hair cells and spiral ganglion cells. The clinical manifestations are bilateral symmetric sensorineural hearing loss with or without tinnitus, which is slow from high frequency to speech frequency. The speech recognition rate of most people decreases, especially in noise, which seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly. It is estimated that 25 per cent of the world's 65 to 75 years of age suffer from deafness, compared with 70 per cent for those over 75 years of age, and 900 million older people worldwide by 2050
