【摘要】：正隨著人類對(duì)嗅覺(jué)功能認(rèn)知的重視和深入研究,逐漸發(fā)展出多種嗅覺(jué)系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)方法。主客觀嗅覺(jué)功能檢查能夠從不同層面反應(yīng)嗅覺(jué)的水平,尤其客觀檢測(cè)目前被認(rèn)為是評(píng)估嗅覺(jué)功能的"金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"。但是這些檢查不能確定嗅覺(jué)信號(hào)產(chǎn)生的部位,以及引起嗅覺(jué)障礙的原因。影像學(xué)技術(shù)則能夠顯示嗅覺(jué)通路結(jié)構(gòu),并且功能性MRI(functional MRI,fMRI)和正電子發(fā)射計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃描(positron emission tomography,PET)等可以反應(yīng)大腦不同區(qū)域?qū)μ囟ù碳さ墓δ芑钚�。相�?duì)于CT掃描,
[Abstract]:With the attention and research of olfactory function, many detection methods of olfactory system have been developed. Subjective and objective olfactory function examination can reflect olfactory level from different levels, especially objective detection is considered to be the "golden standard" to evaluate olfactory function. However, these tests do not determine where the olfactory signals are produced and the causes of olfactory disorders.
