【摘要】：目的：研究耳鳴患者耳鳴的臨床特征,變化規(guī)律,及耳鳴產(chǎn)生的影響等,為耳鳴的臨床診治提供依據(jù)。方法：選擇2009年5月～2009年6月就診于新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院耳鼻喉科門診的主觀性耳鳴患者,由同一調(diào)查人員,以統(tǒng)一的調(diào)查問卷,對(duì)所有的研究對(duì)象應(yīng)用相同的方法提出同樣的問題,進(jìn)行病史和耳鳴問卷的詢問并記錄。結(jié)果：1)耳鳴在老年人群中較為常見,年輕患者占耳鳴患者的比例較以往的研究明顯增加。2)就診的患者有一半以上為病程在三個(gè)月以內(nèi)的急性期耳鳴患者,長(zhǎng)期慢性耳鳴的患者往往能夠適應(yīng)耳鳴、習(xí)慣耳鳴,而不就診,只有在耳鳴加重、聽力下降或者嚴(yán)重影響生活時(shí)才就診。3)本次研究中雙側(cè)耳鳴多于單側(cè)耳鳴,顱鳴少見。4)耳鳴響度對(duì)患者的影響程度有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,耳鳴響度和對(duì)患者的影響程度有關(guān)。5)無(wú)既往全身疾病史的患者與有既往全身疾病史的患者的耳鳴響度無(wú)明顯差異,既往全身疾病史對(duì)耳鳴的響度無(wú)影響。結(jié)論：總結(jié)90名主觀性耳鳴患者的人口特征和臨床特征,為進(jìn)一步的臨床診療提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical characteristics, changes and effects of tinnitus in tinnitus patients, and to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus. Methods: subjective tinnitus patients were selected from May 2009 to June 2009 in the otolaryngology clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. All subjects were asked the same questions using the same method, and the history and tinnitus questionnaire were asked and recorded. Results (1) tinnitus was more common in the elderly, and the proportion of young patients in tinnitus patients was significantly higher than that in previous studies.) more than half of the patients who had been treated were acute tinnitus patients with a course of less than three months. Long-term chronic tinnitus patients tend to adapt to tinnitus, accustomed to tinnitus, but do not see a doctor, only when tinnitus is aggravated, hearing loss or serious impact on life. 3) in this study, bilateral tinnitus is more than unilateral tinnitus. There was no significant difference in tinnitus loudness between the patients with no history of systemic disease and those with a history of systemic disease, and there was no significant difference between the tinnitus loudness and the degree of influence of tinnitus on the patients. The previous history of systemic disease had no effect on tinnitus loudness. Conclusion: the demographic and clinical characteristics of 90 patients with subjective tinnitus were summarized to provide basis for further clinical diagnosis and treatment.
