【摘要】：目的:探討內(nèi)鏡下切除第二鰓裂瘺管的療效。方法:患者均采用頸部CT掃描,掃描前自胸鎖乳突肌前緣下1/3處瘺管外口注入碘氟醇320注射液直至患者感覺(jué)咽部有液體流入開(kāi)始行頸部CT掃描,然后進(jìn)行三維重建,以便了解瘺管全程的位置,為手術(shù)做準(zhǔn)備。9例第二鰓裂瘺管患者實(shí)行全身麻醉,在內(nèi)鏡輔助下進(jìn)行瘺管切除術(shù)。結(jié)果:9例第二鰓裂瘺管患者在內(nèi)鏡下完成瘺管切除術(shù),隨訪6個(gè)月無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論:內(nèi)鏡直視下切除第二鰓裂瘺管創(chuàng)傷小,切除瘺管完全、徹底,手術(shù)操作簡(jiǎn)單,容易推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the curative effect of endoscope resection of second branchial fistula. Methods: all patients were scanned with cervical CT. Before scanning, iodoflurol 320 injection was injected from the external orifice of the sternocleidomastoid muscle 1 / 3 of the anterior edge of the sternocleidomastoid muscle before the CT scan was performed on the neck of the patients until there was a fluid inflow in the pharynx, and then 3D reconstruction was performed. In order to understand the location of fistula in the whole process, and to prepare 9 patients with second branchial fistula for surgery, general anesthesia was performed and fistula excision was performed under endoscope. Results 9 patients with second branchial fistula underwent endoscopic fistula resection. Conclusion: endoscopic resection of the second branchial fistula is less traumatic, complete, simple and easy to popularize.
