【摘要】：正例1女,55歲,因左耳反復(fù)流膿伴血絲半年于2012年1月18日來我科就診。中耳薄層CT示病灶位于左中耳及外耳道。于1月21日經(jīng)口氣管插管全身麻醉下手術(shù),術(shù)中見腫瘤位于左側(cè)上鼓室及外耳道,術(shù)中冷凍切片病檢提示鱗狀細(xì)胞癌,遂行左側(cè)中耳擴(kuò)大根治術(shù)。手術(shù)范圍包括整個(gè)外耳道和完整的乳突切除,面神經(jīng)、鐙骨及鼓岬為手術(shù)切除的內(nèi)側(cè)界,上至乳突天蓋,后至乙狀竇,下至乳突尖。切除腫瘤,并行耳甲腔成形術(shù)。術(shù)后半個(gè)
[Abstract]:Case 1 female, 55 years old, came to our department on January 18, 2012, due to recurrent purulent left ear with blood silk for half a year. Thin slice CT of the middle ear showed that the lesion was located in the left middle ear and external auditory canal. The tumor was located in the left superior tympanum and the external auditory canal during the operation on January 21 under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation. The frozen section showed squamous cell carcinoma during the operation and the radical operation of the left middle ear was performed. The operative range includes the whole external auditory canal and complete mastectomy. The facial nerve, stapes and promontory are the medial boundary of surgical resection, from the mastoid tetanus to the sigmoid sinus and down to the mastoid tip.
