【摘要】：眼底像血管管徑的測(cè)量這一技術(shù)在近年來(lái)得到廣泛應(yīng)用,它利用計(jì)算機(jī)軟件對(duì)數(shù)字化眼底照片進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)照片中的血管直徑進(jìn)行測(cè)量。這種技術(shù)能夠?qū)σ暰W(wǎng)膜血管管徑的改變與多種眼病之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行評(píng)估。研究表明,眼底像血管管徑受年齡、眼部的生物學(xué)特性、個(gè)體的體育活動(dòng)時(shí)間和雌激素水平等因素影響,并且同黃斑水腫、糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變、年齡相關(guān)性黃斑變性、青光眼以及視網(wǎng)膜色素變性等眼病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和預(yù)后密切相關(guān)。因此,通過(guò)測(cè)量視網(wǎng)膜血管管徑的變化,不但可以協(xié)助分析罹患這些眼病的危險(xiǎn)程度,還將為評(píng)估這些眼病對(duì)治療的反應(yīng)和預(yù)后提供可靠的信息。
[Abstract]:The measurement of retinal vascular diameter has been widely used in recent years. It uses computer software to analyze digital fundus photographs and measure the diameter of blood vessels in the photographs. Diameter is influenced by age, biological characteristics of the eye, time of physical activity and estrogen levels, and is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of macular edema, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinitis pigmentosa. These changes not only help to analyze the risk of these eye diseases, but also provide reliable information for assessing the response to treatment and prognosis of these eye diseases.
