【摘要】:正阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)患者是高血壓高發(fā)人群。健康的腸道菌群的重要性,以及微生物紊亂對宿主生理的不利影響日益顯著。研究人員觀察腸道微生態(tài)失衡對OSA人群高血壓是否起作用。方法:在睡眠周期通過氣管中放置氣球并充氣(充氣10s,60次/h)制備OSA大鼠模型。結(jié)果:高脂喂食組大鼠OSA造模成功7和14d后血壓
[Abstract]:Patients with obstructive sleep apnea (obstructive sleep apnea) have a high incidence of hypertension. The importance of healthy intestinal flora and the adverse effects of microbial disorders on host physiology are increasingly significant. The researchers looked at whether intestinal microecological imbalances played a role in hypertension in people with OSA. Methods: OSA rat model was established by placing balloon through trachea during sleep cycle and inflating air (10 s-1 / h). Results: the blood pressure of rats with high fat feeding group was 7 and 14 days after OSA model was established successfully.
