【摘要】：目的探討生物測(cè)量?jī)x在年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者中測(cè)量人工晶體度數(shù)的臨床價(jià)值。方法回顧性分析104例(104眼)年齡相關(guān)性白內(nèi)障患者行小切口白內(nèi)障摘除聯(lián)合一期人工晶體植入術(shù)的臨床資料。術(shù)前分別使用生物測(cè)量?jī)x和A型超聲聯(lián)合自動(dòng)驗(yàn)光儀測(cè)量眼軸長(zhǎng)度和角膜曲率,計(jì)算人工晶體度數(shù),術(shù)后3個(gè)月評(píng)價(jià)患者平均絕對(duì)屈光誤差值。結(jié)果生物測(cè)量?jī)x和A型超聲所測(cè)眼軸長(zhǎng)度、角膜曲率比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。術(shù)后3個(gè)月,生物測(cè)量?jī)x所測(cè)量平均絕對(duì)屈光誤差小于A型超聲聯(lián)合自動(dòng)驗(yàn)光儀(P0.05)。結(jié)論生物測(cè)量?jī)x精確度高于傳統(tǒng)方法,是一種安全可靠的測(cè)量人工晶體度數(shù)的工具。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of biometrics in measuring the degree of intraocular lens (IOL) in patients with age-related cataract. Methods the clinical data of 104 patients (104 eyes) with age-related cataract underwent small incision cataract extraction and one-stage intraocular lens implantation were analyzed retrospectively. The axial length and corneal curvature were measured by biometrics and A-mode ultrasound combined with automatic optometry before operation. The degree of intraocular lens was calculated and the mean absolute refractive error was evaluated 3 months after operation. Results there was no significant difference in axial length and corneal curvature between biometrics and A-mode ultrasound. At 3 months after operation, the mean absolute refraction error measured by biometrics was less than that of A-mode ultrasound combined with automatic optometry (P0.05). Conclusion Biometrics is a safe and reliable tool for measuring the degree of intraocular lens.
