【摘要】：目的探討自體軟骨移植在單側(cè)唇裂繼發(fā)鼻畸形整復(fù)中的應(yīng)用。方法術(shù)前對(duì)患者鼻翼軟骨、鼻中隔軟骨等亞細(xì)結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)育狀況進(jìn)行分析,在充分解剖復(fù)位的基礎(chǔ)上,采用自體軟骨植入等方法,重塑鼻部形態(tài)。結(jié)果本組單側(cè)唇裂術(shù)后鼻畸形患者14例,通過自體軟骨移植矯正,隨訪6個(gè)月～1年,外鼻形態(tài)持久、滿意,移植物無外露、感染等并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論采用自體軟骨移植修復(fù)單側(cè)唇裂繼發(fā)鼻畸形,能夠獲得良好的鼻通氣功能和穩(wěn)定、滿意的鼻部形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the application of autologous cartilage transplantation in the treatment of nasal deformity secondary to unilateral cleft lip. Methods the development of subfine structures such as alar cartilage and nasal septal cartilage were analyzed before operation. On the basis of full anatomical reduction, autologous cartilage implantation was used to reconstruct nasal morphology. Results 14 cases of nasal deformity after unilateral cleft lip surgery were corrected by autologous cartilage transplantation and followed up for 6 months to 1 year. Conclusion Autologous cartilage graft can be used to repair secondary nasal deformities of unilateral cleft lip, which can obtain good nasal ventilation function and stable nasal shape.
